Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- vinegar
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- ground pork - 1/2 lb
- ground ham - 1 lb
- each: chopped onion, celery and green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- finely crushed graham or soda crackers - 1 c
How to make meat balls:
Tangy Sauce:3 Tbsp. vinegar1 tsp. dry mustard1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce1 c. brown sugar Combine meats, eggs, crackers, seasonings, milk and vegetables. Shape into balls. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
