Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 4 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • small can Pet milk - 1 item
  • quick cooking oats - 1 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • ketchup
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item

How to make meat balls:

Sauce:1 c. ketchup1 c. water4 Tbsp. sugar1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1 Tbsp. vinegar Mix all ingredients for meat balls. Form into balls and place in a casserole dish. Mix together ingredients for sauce and pour over meat balls. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
