Ingredients/Components
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- oregano - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- poultry seasoning - 1 tsp
- jar Ragu sauce - 1 item
- slice loaf bread, soaked in sweet milk - 1 item
How to make meat balls:
Mix ingredients together, except sauce. Make into balls. Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with the Ragu sauce. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
