Ingredients/Components
- ground ham or hamburger - 1 lb
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- milk - 1/2 c
How to make meat balls:
Beat egg. Mix with ground meat, crackers and salt. Make into small balls, about the size of a walnut. Brown little in Crisco. Put balls in casserole dish. Mix mushroom soup and milk. Pour over meat balls and bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
