Mashed potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 6 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- hot milk - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onion salt - 2 tsp
- butter to dot - 1 item
- to 9 peeled potatoes, boiled - 8 item
How to make mashed potato casserole:
Cream potatoes with hot milk. Mix in rest of ingredients except last 2. Put in a buttered 2-quart casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° until heated through, approximately 30 minutes. Note: This can be assembled a daRecipe categories: Potato, Main dish, Casseroles.
