Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- confectioners sugar - 1/4 lb
- egg white, beaten - 1 item
- finely ground, blanched almonds - 1/4 lb
How to make marzipan:
Mix all ingredients; knead smooth. Paste can be softened with a very little amount of lemon juice if it is too stiff. Let stand covered 24 hours before using. When ready to use, form into desired shapes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Garnishes.
