Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- Italian seasoned bread crumbs - 2 slices
- Maryland crabmeat - 1 lb
How to make maryland crab cakes:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients, except crabmeat, thoroughly. Add crabmeat and mix gently. Shape into cakes (6 to 8, depending on size). Cook in frying pan in just enough oil to prevent sticking, until browned, about 5 minutes on each side.Recipe categories: Main dish, Shellfish, Crab.
