- butter - 2 Tbsp
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- minced celery
- dry sherry - 1/2 c
- finely chopped celery - 1 item
- cans crab meat - 2 item
- each white sauce - 2 (1
How to make maryland crab bisque:
In saucepan, melt butter and saute celery until soft. Stir in sauce mix and gradually add half and half and chicken broth. Add sherry. Stir over low heat until the soup bubbles and thickens slightly.
