Marinated zucchini
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- cider vinegar - 2/3 c
- salad oil - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- wine vinegar - 1/8 c
- stalks celery, sliced - 2 item
- sliced onion - 1/2 c
- sliced bell pepper - 1 item
- or 6 zucchini - 5 item
How to make marinated zucchini:
Mix together the cider vinegar, wine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Cool and then add salad oil. Into a large glass bowl or casserole, slice the zucchini, celery and bell peppers. Separate the onion slices.
