Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- salad oil - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- celery seed - 1/2 tsp
- green pepper - 1 item
- tomatoes - 3 item
- white vinegar - 1/3 c
- onions - 2 item
- cucumbers - 2 item
How to make marinated vegetables:
Slice cucumbers and onions. Cut tomatoes into wedges. Cut green pepper into large pieces. In separate bowl, mix salt, pepper, celery seed, sugar, salad oil and vinegar. Pour over vegetables and soak overnight in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
