Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- oregano or thyme leaves - 1/2 tsp
- assorted fresh vegetables carrots, cherry tomatoes, cauliflower, mushrooms, broccoli, onion, cucumber, zucchini, etc - 4 c
How to make marinated vegetables:
Place vegetables in shallow baking dish. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over vegetables. Cover; refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
