Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- salad or olive oil - 1/2 c
- assorted fresh vegetables your choice - 4 c
- each: dried thyme and basil - 1 tsp
- each: dry mustard, salt and garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
How to make marinated vegetables:
Combine vegetables in quart jar. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate jar. Shake vinegar to blend. Pour over vegetables 4 hours or overnight. Shake jar several times to coat top of veggies with marinade.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
