Marinated vegetable salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 1
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- diced celery - 1/2 c
- can white Shoepeg corn, drained - 1 oz
- can French-style green beans, drained - 1 1/2
- pepper and salt - 1/2 tsp
- can small English peas, drained - 1 oz
How to make marinated vegetable salad:
Combine vegetables, tossing lightly. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring occasionally. Pour over vegetables, stirring gently to blend well.
