Marinated shrimp
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 4
- dash of hot sauce - 1 item
- jar chili sauce - 1 item
- frozen cooked cocktail shrimp, defrosted under cold water and patted dry - 2 lb
- medium onions, sliced and separated into rings - 2 item
- to 5 bay leaves - 4 item
How to make marinated shrimp:
Mix oil, chili sauce, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, bay leaves and hot sauce. Pour sauce mixture over shrimp in large Ziploc bag. Toss and marinate for at least 24 hours. Drain most of the sauce mixture off and serve chilled.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
