Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
- white wine vinegar - 1/2 c
- Italian seasoning - 1 Tbsp
- stalks celery - 2 item
- fresh mushrooms - 1/2 lb
- purple onion - 1 item
- broccoli - 1 lb
- head cauliflower - 1 item
How to make marinated salad:
Break cauliflower and broccoli into small flowerets. Combine with sliced onion, mushrooms and celery. Mix with other ingredients. Let marinate overnight before serving. Will keep in refrigerator 2 weeks.Note: Be sure you use white wine vinegar and not white distilled vinegar.
