Marinated mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 8 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 4 Tbsp
- sherry - 6 Tbsp
- minced onions - 1/2 c
- small mushroom caps fresh - 1/2 lb
How to make marinated mushrooms:
Put mushrooms in clean jar; mushrooms should almost fill jar. Combine rest of ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over mushrooms to fill jar. Marinate 24 hours minimum. Serve cold.
