Marinated mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- mushrooms - 1 lb
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- olive or vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- snipped parsley - 1/4 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- freshly ground pepper - 1/4 tsp
- green onions with tops, thinly sliced - 2 item
- clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
- paprika - 1 item
- parsley sprigs - 1 item
How to make marinated mushrooms:
Cut mushrooms into 1/8-inch slices. Mix mushrooms and lemon juice in 1 1/2-quart bowl. Stir in oil, 1/4 cup parsley, salt, pepper, onions and garlic; toss.
