  • can button mushrooms - 1 oz
  • Italian salad dressing - 1/2 c

How to make marinated mushrooms:

Place mushrooms in small saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.

Place in covered container in refrigerator. May keep stored in refrigerator for 2 weeks. Drain before serving. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
