- head cauliflower, cut in small flowerets - 1 item
- bunch broccoli, cut in small buds - 1 item
- large cucumber, sliced thin - 1 item
- large carrots, sliced thin - 4 item
- large sweet onions make rings after slicing - 2 item
- large green pepper cut in rings - 1 item
- bottle low calorie Italian Zesty dressing - 1 oz
How to make marinated fresh vegetable salad:
Marinate all cut up vegetables in dressing for 4 to 6 hours.Note: This is a nice salad that will keep well in refrigerator a week in a tightly closed container. It is also good for munchies.
