  • head cauliflower, cut in small flowerets - 1 item
  • bunch broccoli, cut in small buds - 1 item
  • large cucumber, sliced thin - 1 item
  • large carrots, sliced thin - 4 item
  • large sweet onions make rings after slicing - 2 item
  • large green pepper cut in rings - 1 item
  • bottle low calorie Italian Zesty dressing - 1 oz

How to make marinated fresh vegetable salad:

Marinate all cut up vegetables in dressing for 4 to 6 hours.

Note: This is a nice salad that will keep well in refrigerator a week in a tightly closed container. It is also good for munchies.
