Marinated flank steak



  • brown sugar - 1 item
  • soy sauce
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • olive oil - 2 Tbsp
  • cloves garlic, mashed - 2 item
  • toasted sesame seed - 3 Tbsp
  • sherry - 3 Tbsp
  • flank steak - 1 item
  • green onions, chopped fine - 3 item
  • round ginger fresh - 1 item

How to make marinated flank steak:

Marinade Sauce:1/2 c. soy sauce2 Tbsp. olive oil1 round ginger (fresh)3 green onions, chopped fine2 cloves garlic, mashed dash of pepper3 Tbsp. sherry3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed Put brown sugar on both sides of flank steak and let set for 30 minutes. Marinate overnight. Barbecue approximately 7 minutes on each side, slice diagonally and serve. Excellent with Rice Pilaf. Serves 4.
