Marinated coleslaw
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- cider vinegar - 1/2 c
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/8 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- finely chopped celery - 1/8 c
- shredded cabbage about 1 1/2 lb - 8 c
How to make marinated coleslaw:
Combine cabbage, carrots, celery and green pepper. Mix all other ingredients in a blender. Pour over cabbage, mixing together. Coat well. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.Recipe categories: Low protein, Salads, Vegetables.
