Marinated chicken wings
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cider vinegar - 1/3 c
- ground ginger - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 2 tsp
- soy sauce - 2/3 c
- chicken wings - 6 lb
How to make marinated chicken wings:
Cut chicken wings in two pieces and discard end piece. Mix ginger, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and garlic powder. Pour over chicken and marinate overnight. Then place chicken in large metal pan(s) in single layer. Baste with leftover marinade. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 45 minutes. Baste every 15 minutes until done.
