Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- small green pepper - 1 item
- sliced carrots - 5 c
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots until tender. Drain and cool. Cut onion and pepper in slices and mix with carrots. Combine all ingredients. Pour marinade over vegetables. Cover and marinate 12 hours or more. Drain and serve. Serves 10.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
