Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- Make sauce
- to 1 1/2 green peppers, sliced - 1 item
- carrots, sliced and barely cooked - 1 lb
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots slightly, drain, cool and add onion and green pepper. Make sauce.Sauce:1 can tomato soup1/4 c. salad oil1/2 c. vinegar1/2 c. sugar Heat together, mix well. Cool and pour over vegetables.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
