Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- sliced carrots - 5 c
- green pepper - 1 item
- can undiluted tomato soup - 1 3/4
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots to barely cooked; cool. Mix sliced onions, green pepper and carrots. Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cool. Pour mixture over carrot mixture. Cover and marinate 12 hours. This dish can keep in refrigerator for 1 week.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
