Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vinegar - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 1/4 c
- fresh carrots, cooked - 2 cans
- bell pepper, cut in small strips - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Bring soup, sugar, vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce and mustard to a boil. Pour over carrots, onions and bell pepper. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
