Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- mustard - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 2 lb
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots until tender; drain. Mix all ingredients, except carrots, and cook 5 to 10 minutes. Pour over carrots and let stand. Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
