Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- carrots - 2 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 oz
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- green pepper, cut in strips - 1 item
- Worcestershire or soy sauce - 1 tsp
- sliced large onion - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Peel carrots, then slice. Cook until tender. Cool. Add green pepper and onion. Mix remaining ingredients well; pour over vegetables. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Will keep several weeks in refrigerator.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
