Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped finely - 1 item
- carrots, sliced thin - 2 lb
- medium bell pepper, chopped finely - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots until tender and drain. Combine all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and mix in carrots. Good served hot or well chilled.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
