Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped fine - 1 item
- carrots fresh, sliced - 2 3
How to make marinated carrots:
Slice the carrots; cook until slightly crisp. Drain. Add the chopped onion and green pepper. Mix the soup with sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard, oil, salt and pepper. Pour sauce over carrots. Refrigerate. Serve cold.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
