Ingredients/Components
- cooked carrots, sliced 1 lb - 5 c
- medium green pepper - 1 item
- dried onion - 1 onion,
- salad oil
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
How to make marinated carrots:
Marinade:1/2 c. salad oil1 tsp. salt1 tsp. dry mustard1 small can tomato sauce1 c. sugar3/4 c. vinegar1 tsp. pepper1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Combine marinade ingredients. Mix together carrots, green pepper and onion. Pour marinade over and chill. Remove from sauce to serve. Marinade may be used again.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
