Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vegetable oil
- vinegar
- dry mustard
- pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- carrots
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- large bell pepper - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Clean carrots and slice into 1/2-inch medallions. Cook them 10 minutes; drain. Combine all other ingredients and bring to a boil that you can't stir down. Pour over carrots. Marinate overnight. Serve cold. Yield: approximately 8 servings.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
