Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- ketchup - 1/3 c
- onion powder - 2 Tbsp
- brisket - 10 lb
- bottle liquid smoke - 1 item
How to make marinated brisket:
Mix and pour over brisket and marinate overnight. Add a cup of wine and cover with foil. Bake 8 hours at 250°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Roast beef.
