  • oil - 1/4 c
  • cider vinegar - 1/4 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • seasoned salt - 1/4 tsp
  • can sliced beets, drained - 1 lb
  • small onion, cut in rings - 1 item

How to make marinated beets:

Combine all ingredients; chill at least 1 hour or overnight is better. Serves 4 to 6.
