Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- can beets - 1 oz
How to make marinated beets:
Drain beets and save juice. Place beets in covered container. Boil 1/2 cup of beet juice with sugar and vinegar and pour over beets. Marinate 24 hours. Will keep in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Greek.
