- salt - 1/8 tsp
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- margarine, melted
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- minced garlic - 1 tsp
- dry sherry - 1 c
- beef tenderloin - 5 lb
How to make marinated beef tenderloin:
Place tenderloin in shallow baking dish on heavy plastic storage bag. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well. Pour over tenderloin. Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours, turning beef several times. Drain, reserving marinade. Place in roastinRecipe categories: < 60 mins, Meat, Beef.
