Marinated 4 bean salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 2/3 c
- salad oil - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can kidney beans, drained - 1 lb
- can cut green beans, drained - 1 lb
- can cut wax beans, drained - 1 lb
- can chickpeas, drained garbanzo beans - 1 lb
- small red onion, sliced and cut into strips - 1 item
How to make marinated 4 bean salad:
Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables and onion. Toss several times while chilling. Best if served after refrigerating overnight. Can be kept in refrigerator at least a week.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Chickpeas/garbanzos.
