Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water
  • red wine vinegar - 1/2 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • clove garlic - 1 item
  • sprigs parsley - 4 item
  • whole black peppercorns - 12 item
  • thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • dehydrated onion - 2 tsp

How to make marinade for venison:

Place ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer covered for 1 hour. Cool. Pour over meat and marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours.
