Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water
- red wine vinegar - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- clove garlic - 1 item
- sprigs parsley - 4 item
- whole black peppercorns - 12 item
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- dehydrated onion - 2 tsp
How to make marinade for venison:
Place ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer covered for 1 hour. Cool. Pour over meat and marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Marinades and rubs, Wild game.
