Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- bay leaves - 2 item
- oregano leaves - 2 tsp
- olive or salad oil - 1/3 c
How to make marinade for flank steak:
Marinate at least 4 hours, turning occasionally. Barbecue or broil. Slice at an angle for maximum tenderness.Can also be used for shish kebab. Cut steak in cubes and marinate for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
