Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1/4 c
- wine vinegar - 1/3 c
How to make marinade:
Mix ingredients together. Stick meat (London Broil or beef cubes for shish kabobs) with a fork on both sides. Sprinkle with Accent or another meat tenderizer.
