Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 tsp
• vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
• garlic powder - 1 tsp
• pepper - 1 tsp
• Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
• soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
• mustard - 1 Tbsp
• ketchup - 1/4 c
• wine vinegar - 1/3 c

How to make marinade:

Mix ingredients together. Stick meat (London Broil or beef cubes for shish kabobs) with a fork on both sides. Sprinkle with Accent or another meat tenderizer. Pour marinade over meat and let marinate. Broil or grill meat; moisten with marinade while cooking.
