Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- shortening - 1/2 c
- walnuts - 1/2 c
- Mapleine flavoring - 1 Tbsp
How to make maple walnut cake:
Mix sugar, eggs and shortening together. Add Mapleine. Add flour; mix baking powder with the milk. Add to other ingredients. Add walnuts. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Frost with Mapleine flavored frosting.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, American.
