Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- oil - 2 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- tomato sauce - 16 oz
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- Ricotta cheese
- finely chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- Parmegiano or Romano cheese - 1/2 c
How to make manicotti:
Filling:16 oz. Ricotta cheese2 eggs1/2 c. Parmegiano or Romano cheese1/2 c. finely chopped parsley Mix first 5 ingredients. Batter will be very thin. Pour 1/4 cup batter in small frying pan sprayed with Pam. Use medium heat. Wait few minutes and turn with spatula. Stack together. They will not stick.Mix 4 filling ingredients together. Cover bottom of baking pan with sauce. Put 2 tablespoons filling in crepe and roll. Line rolls on sauce in pan. Top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
