Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- can tomato sauce - 8 oz
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 16 oz
- hamburger meat - 2 lb
- onion - 1/2 c
- large can diced tomatoes - 1 item
- uncooked manicotti shells - 1 item
How to make manicotti:
Brown meat and onions; drain. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan, eggs, 1/2 can sauce and seasonings. Fill shells with meat mixture. Place in dish and pour cornbread, tomatoes, tomato sauce and water over shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Top with Mozzarella cheese.
