How to make mandarin orange cake:
Frosting:1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding1 c. crushed pineapple and juice1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Mix all cake ingredients together. Beat until well blended. Bake 3 (8-inch) layers at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or a 9 x 13-inch pan for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool on wire rack.Frosting: Mix pudding and pineapple with juice. Fold in Cool Whip. Stir until well blended. Frost cake when cool.
