  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • large Cool Whip - 1 item
  • box vanilla instant pudding - 1 item
  • can mandarin oranges with juice - 1 item
  • Add all ingredients and mix with mixer

How to make mandarin orange cake:

Put oranges in blender and mix well. Add all ingredients and mix with mixer. Bake in pan that has been greased and floured at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Frosting:1 large can crushed pineapple1 box vanilla instant pudding1/2 c. milk1 large Cool Whip Mix pineapple and pudding. Add milk and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip and spread on cake. Refrigerate cake.
