Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 1 c
- yellow butter cake mix - 1 pkg
- large container Cool Whip - 1 item
- can coconut - 1 item
- instant vanilla pudding mix
- Add eggs, one at a time
- can Mandarin orange sections 2 c - 1 oz
How to make mandarin orange cake:
Combine cake mix, oil and oranges with liquid and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time. Bake in 4 layers in 9-inch pans for 15 to 18 minutes, or 3 layers, but bake a little longer. Let cool. Ice.Icing For Mandarin Orange Cake:1 large can crushed pineapple1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix1 large container Cool Whip1 can coconut Mix together.
