Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 1 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- small Cool Whip - 1 item
- small box vanilla instant pudding dry - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple, do not drain
- can mandarin oranges, do not drain - 1 item
How to make mandarin orange cake:
Topping:1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain1 small box vanilla instant pudding (dry)1 small Cool Whip Cake: Beat until well mixed and cook in greased pan at 350° for 35 minutes.Topping: Mix well. Spread over cold cake. Store in refrigerator until ready to eat.
Note: Can be fixed in a 9 x 13-inch pan or as a two layer. If layered, put topping between layers and on top.
