Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- can mandarin oranges with juice - 1 oz
- 2 can crushed pineapple, drained
- box yellow cake mix dry - 1 item
- Pour into 3 well-greased and floured pans or a 9 x 13-inch pan
How to make mandarin orange cake:
Mix all together in electric mixer. Pour into 3 well-greased and floured pans or a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 15 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.Icing:1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained Mix all ingredients together with a spoon; spread on cake and store in refrigerator and serve cold.
