Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- confectioners sugar - 1/2 c
- almond extract - 1/2 tsp
- shredded coconut - 1/2 c
- egg white - 1 item
How to make macaroons:
Beat egg white until stiff. Add sugar slowly, beating well after each addition. Add flavorings. Fold coconut and cracker crumbs into egg white. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
