  • sour cream - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • diced green pepper - 1/4 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • sweet pickle relish - 1/3 c
  • grated cucumber - 1/4 c
  • large elbow macaroni
  • small or medium onion - 1 item

How to make macaroni salad:

Cook macaroni and drain. In large bowl mix sour cream and mayonnaise, relish, onion, cucumber and green pepper. Toss gently the macaroni with dressing mixture.
